It is difficult to explain to people outside Dresden what is Bunt Republik Neustadt celebration. Is there a popular party in the world which invades the streets and fills them with as much color as this party? Perhaps, someone wants to compare it with the Carnival in South America, but the comparison is not quite adequate. We danced tango at the Iberoamerican Association Dresden. We brougth our color and joy.
